I bought an Everbilt product that said it was safe for animals and pets. My pet got heavy metal toxic poisoning from this and it is costing me THOUSANDS of dollars. The rep that answered wanted to give me a gift card (I will not be buying this again, so no. I do not need a gift card)
He put in a report for me. I asked to speak with someone that can give me real help and he said no one would take my call.
It will take 24-72 business hours to get back to me. However, my pet is fighting for his life every second of every day because you advertised on your product that it was safe for animals and pets
