Resolved: Issue was resolved quickly and outcome far exceeded my expectations

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
I searched in stores, online, everywhere to no avail. Finally, I started trying to contact the manufacturer for a replacement hardware kit. However, finding the contact information proved difficult, which led me here. After signing up for this service, I reached out, and I was finally able to speak to a person that could do something for me.
Unfortunately, I was not able to purchase the hardware kit I was attempting to, but they sent me a gift card to cover the entire cost of purchasing a new door.
My problem was resolved quickly once I was able to contact the right person, and the outcome was better than I had hoped for. Home run for Everbilt and the Home Depot.

Sump pump warranty
- - Home Depot sells sump pumps as Everbilt from multiple manufacturers.

After speaking with several people today, I learned that Home Depot contracts manufacturers of sump pumps and then sells them under their brand name of Everbilt. Home Depot therefore needs to stand by the warranty and not require customers to go searching for the manufacturer.
Apparently, there are several manufacturers that Home Depot contracts to make their sump pumps. I would like a full refund for the sump pump that I purchased in January of this year that has malfunctioned.

Tried to call multiple times to get a resolution even took the broke one to home Depot

Faulty pump

Overpriced and not built very well. Bought a 2 hp sump pump that lasts less than 6 months.
Water got into the electric compartment and destroyed it.
Then the BS to get it replaced is on a whole other level of straight garbage. The warranty is by no means worth the price.

Sliding door instructions are not clear

I bought a pump from Home Depot for years ago and they cannot pull it up on the system, but I did not order it online. Im going to call Ever built to try to get a return.
If that doesnt resolve it then I always know to make sure that I keep my receipt. Thank you for the suggestion.

Pathetic instructions

The instructions on this product were worthless I searched for videos, and the one I found was not accurate. I finally found a link to an accurate video among the one-star reviews for this product on Home Depots website. It would have been so simple to provide accurate and detailed instructions but instead a job that should have taken 20 minutes took almost three hours and was not done right.
