Sump pump warranty
I purchased a Sump Pump from Home Depot Feb. 2023.

I bought a pump from Home Depot for years ago and they cannot pull it up on the system, but I did not order it online. Im going to call Ever built to try to get a return.
If that doesnt resolve it then I always know to make sure that I keep my receipt. Thank you for the suggestion.

Horrible - they waste hours of people's time

Need to find out where I can get a replacement pressure switch
Several years ago purchased a every bit well pump from home Depot had a situation where the pressure switch tube ruptured went home Depot to get a new pressure switch and two and it was obsolete they didn't carry that model anymore and they didn't have nothing to repair it with so I went to tractor supply got a new pressure switch and on YouTube pressure switch kit and install it instead of having to buy a new pump ever built design wouldn't allow me to just replace the tube

Need part
This was not a complaint except that it doesnt seem to be any way to get parts for my utility pump. I need to replace the float switch on my pump but cant find any way to order parts.

Bought a wire shelving unit that was missing parts
Everbilt is owned by Home Depot. Seems everything Everbilt is a direct import.
This one was missing the connectors.
They carry no replacement parts for any of these items. Terrible policy!!.

Bad customer service
They gave me completely wrong information, they sent me to the store where I bought the sprinkler pump with a number that they provided me and the purchase receipt and that they were going to replace it and Home Depot told me no, they are responsible for the Guarantee, thank God that the product was only 2 months old and Home Depot did exchange it.

Everbilt does not have a phone number for their hardware division. All calls are route to Home Depot.
User's recommendation: Don't use Everbilt hardware as if you need it in the future to replace odds are they don't supply it anymore.

Everbuilt submersible sump pump
We are renovating our house and we also live in it. We purchased a submersible sump pump for our basement around six months ago or so and it just stopped working one day.
It hasn't been working for a couple months now. We have been trying to find our receipt but can't find it anywhere. Our basement stays full of water, and with the heat being so high, it's becoming a health concern. When we purchased it we just hooked it up and used it like the instructions say and we didn't put the receipt in a file or anything we just kind of assumed it would work for a while.
We have bought things from your company in the past and had no problems. If there is anything you can do to help us out, it would be greatly appreciated. Like I said e with the heat it's becoming a safety hazard as we are living in the home.
We have spent so much money on renovating , and fixing things, we just really need some help. Sorry for the inconvenience have a wonderful day thank you

Replacement lid
Call was immediately disconnected after being connected to Home Depot for some reason?
I just need a replacement lid for a recirculation pump and I have yet to find a single way to contact someone that can help. First email I had with Everbilt they asked if it was one of their products. Which was weird because one of the photos I included had their logo in it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Just needed some tech support.
I was able to fix the issue myself after speaking to them.
My biggest issue was finding the right phone number. The reason for me posting on this forum was to post the corect phone number to help others.
I have two phone numbers that are better than the ones listed on this forum.
The first one is for most Everbilt sump pumps. it is 844-883-****.
Some of the Everbilt pumps that Home Depot sells are not made by Everbilt.
For those pumps call 1-84*-***-****. Both guys I talked to were very helpful.
